LT Montgomery founded Roosevelt Henderson Cook to address a critical need in fleet support: specialized expertise to turn raw data into right now decision. 

With direct experience overseeing labor, budgets, and cost control environments, she developed a disciplined approach to identifying where cost structures expand faster than throughput.

Her perspective on transportation economics was shaped early, spending summers alongside her father, an independent truck-owner operator. During these trips across the US, she began observing firsthand how fuel, mileage, idle time, and route discipline determine profitability. 

LT built RHC on a simple principle:  stability in market performance depends upon discipline in meticulous measurement.
